Why did I get logged out?

There are several reasons you could be logged out of RDN.

  • You may have been inactive for an extended period of time. Check with your manager to see what your company's login timeout is set to.

  • You may be limited on how long you can remain logged in. If you have exceeded that period of time since you last logged in, you may be logged out automatically.

  • Your account may no longer be active. Check with your manager to see if your account was inactivated.

RDN is strictly enforcing our policy that more than one user cannot be logged into RDN with the same login credentials from the same company.

You will be automatically logged-off your RDN session if a user logs in with the same user ID.  If you use RDN in the office during the day, and then a user uses the same log in at night, you will not see an issue. However, if you are used to sharing the same login credentials at the same time with others in your company, you will need to prepare for this change by adding additional users to your RDN account. Please note: You may only add a new user if you are within your RDN User License. Please contact RDN Customer Service if you need further clarification or to request additional users.
