2019: Release March 14

RDN is happy to announce our next release, scheduled to go into production on March 14, 2019.

  • RDN has made enhancements to the Request Lost Password option. When a user enters login information incorrectly three (3) times, they will be taken to a screen with the option to reset the password. The user must answer three (3) security questions that have been defined in Edit My Profile. If the user is unable to answer the security questions correctly in three (3) attempts, the user will be locked out of RDN and will require a Manager Password Reset.
