This article helps the Customer Support staff to collect more verbose logs when Customers are experiencing issues when using QB Web Connector.

Collect the Web Connector Logs when users are experiencing errors. By default, the logs available in the Web Connector does not contain the full details of the web service requests

  1. Adjust the Verbosity levels for the Web Connector. (See registry files below to set logging level to Verbose and reset back to DEBUG).
  2. Restart the Quickbooks and login. Restart web connector to ensure that new logging level is enabled.
  3. Select the application entry and then Click "Update Selected" to start the sync.
  4. Open the Log in the web connector and save it to location where a customer can email to RDN for further analysis.
